The Atchaya agro educational development and charitable trust & Shines Institute of Paramedical Science was created in the year 2009 in Pondicherry. Registered office at: No. 39, 40, Anna Nagar, 14th cross, Nellithope post, Pondicherry – 605005. Later we established branch office in No.13 Ramayeethottam, Ariyankuppam (near new bridge) Pondicherry 605007. Its main objects more particularly promoting various Govt. /non - Govt., welfare schemes in rural society and establishing re-habitation centers for disabled welfare, child welfare centers, orphanages, scientific research instructions for rural awakening, publishing welfare books, Magazines etc. And socially economically development uplifting the rural community in all aspects of its independent living. We will give training to the peoples and develop themselves with the latest technique, to fulfill their basic needs. For that atchaya will helps and support peoples in various field.

The Atchaya agro educational development and charitable trust has focus especially with slums people for self-income generation group, so that the people can meet their financial need. Micro finance is recognized as a key strategy for addressing issues of poverty alleviation and women’s empowerment. Access to financial services and the subsequent transfer of financial resources to poor women enable them to become economic agents of change. People become economically self-reliant, contribute directly to the well-being of their families, play a more active role in decision-making, and are able to confront systemic gender inequalities. In this regard, organization facilitated the concept of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) among community women to encourage them to participate in their development and work towards day-to-day problems through small savings. It was a major step to realize economic freedom. 400 SHGs are successfully functioning in the slum areas. The meetings for the formation of new groups and follow-up with the existing groups are a regular feature of the programme. These SHGs have given the members a sense of identity and a common platform to discuss their grievances.

Agri Expo provides a unique platform to showcase your products, services and technology from Pre Harvest to Post Harvest from 2010 to 2014 in collaboration with Pondicherry Agriculture Department. It also offers networking opportunities with targeted groups which high ranking agriculture officials to identify and explore business as well as investment opportunity equally beneficial in India.

Agri Expo is a neutral platform where farmers, companies, Govt. Departments, Researchers and all stake holders of Agriculture Industry are equally beneficial.

Now in 2019, the Atchaya agro educational development and charitable trust and made a tie-up with Laroze Multiservice to accomplish their objective of rural and urban development.
